Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Lemon has to be one of my favorite flavors!  It is so light & refreshing!  Add some umph to it by packing in lots of Poppy Seeds and you have a LOVELY cake!  I made this cake for my friends birthday but our schedules didn't mesh up, which made my kiddos really excited as they devoured the majority of the cake that afternoon!

    I think I need to have a "I lost 20 lbs" party and have this cake there. At least when I hit that 20 lbs gone mark. Only 4 more lbs to go!! I love lemon poppyseed cake! I will have to take a look at my calendar and talk to you soon. :)
